GlowPost Club ("we," "us") is an independent studio operated by a sole proprietor based in China. This policy explains what data we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

Name and email address — when you join our email list or buy a product.
Purchase information — order details are processed by our payment provider Creem (see below). We never see or store your card number.
Emails you send us — kept so we can help you.

What we do NOT do

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. Our products are created with AI assistance, but your personal data is never sent to any AI provider — content creation and customer data are fully separate.

Who processes data on our behalf

MailerLite	Email delivery (your name + email)
Notion	Hosts our content vault — contains no customer personal data

Why we process it

Delivering what you bought (contract); sending you content drops and updates you signed up for (consent — unsubscribe anytime with one click); responding to support requests (legitimate interest).

Retention

Email-list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it; order records as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

Ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — email support@glowpostclub.com. Unsubscribe links are in every email. EU/UK residents additionally have GDPR rights, including lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Cookies

This site is a static page and sets no tracking cookies of our own. Checkout pages are operated by Creem under their own policy.

Children

Our products and site are not directed at anyone under 16.

Changes

We'll post updates here with a new effective date.
