One-time purchases (Captions Pack)

Haven't downloaded the files? Full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Files broken, incomplete, or not as described? We fix it or refund it — within 7 days of purchase.
Once files are downloaded and working as described, the sale is final.

Subscriptions (Monthly, Annual, Studio)

Cancel anytime from your customer portal — takes two clicks, stops all future charges, and you keep everything already delivered. Vault access ends when your subscription ends.
Renewal charges are refundable within 7 days of the renewal if you haven't downloaded that period's drop. Once the new drop is downloaded, that charge is final.
Annual plans: within 7 days of purchase and before downloading, full refund; after that, the plan runs its term (you can still cancel auto-renewal anytime).

EU/UK buyers

You have statutory withdrawal rights for digital content. By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that this waives the 14-day withdrawal right once delivery begins. Your statutory rights regarding defective content are always unaffected.

Our payment provider

Creem, as merchant of record, may additionally issue refunds at its own discretion within 60 days of purchase to resolve payment disputes. Charges appear on card statements as CREEM IO * STORE.

How to request a refund

Email support@glowpostclub.com from your purchase email with your receipt. We respond within 48 hours; approved refunds are processed by Creem (our merchant of record) back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
