Terms of Service

Effective date: August 6, 2026

These terms govern your purchase and use of GlowPost Club digital products, operated by an independent sole proprietor ("we") based in China.

1. What we sell

Digital marketing-content products for beauty-industry professionals: one-time caption packs and a monthly content-drop subscription, delivered as downloadable files and hosted links.

2. Payments and merchant of record

All purchases are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Creem handles billing, receipts, applicable taxes, and payment disputes. Charges on your card statement appear under Creem's descriptor, not "GlowPost Club."

3. Subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your customer portal; cancellation stops future charges and you keep everything already delivered. New content drops are published on the 1st of each month; your billing date is your join date. Every payment period includes at least one full monthly drop. By purchasing digital content you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that this waives EU/UK 14-day withdrawal rights once delivery begins (see Refund Policy).

4. Your license

Individual license (Captions Pack, Monthly, Annual): use the content for one business/brand you own or work in. Personalize it, publish it, print it.
Studio license: use the content across up to 5 client accounts/brands managed by you. Your license key is your proof of commercial rights. Full Studio terms accompany your delivery.
All licenses prohibit: reselling or redistributing the files, sharing vault links, uploading content to template marketplaces, or claiming authorship of the raw templates. Published social posts made from the templates are yours.

5. Important disclaimers

Our content is marketing template material — not legal, medical, or regulatory advice. Compliance references summarize published FTC/FDA/HIPAA guidance in plain language; rules change and vary by state. You remain responsible for your own advertising compliance.
We make no promises about business results — no follower counts, no bookings, no revenue.
Content is provided "as is"; we fix or refund defective deliveries per our Refund Policy.

6. Fair use of support

We answer support@glowpostclub.com within 48 hours on business days. Abuse of staff or systematic refund gaming may result in refusal of future service.

7. Liability cap

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update products, prices (never retroactively for an active subscription period), and these terms; material changes will be announced by email. You may stop using the service anytime.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
